We offer a variety of services to our clients including

VERIFY PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY

It is important to know the patient responsibility at the time of service.  What is the patients co-payment or do they have a deductible?

SUBMIT TO EAP CLAIMS

With your EAP (Employee Assistant Program) patients, we may submit those EAP sessions for reimbursement

SUBMIT TO INSURANCE

Submit to private or government insurance companies. Most claims are submitted electronically, in the rare case, claims will be mailed to the insurance company.

FOLLOW-UP ON DENIED OR REJECTED CLAIMS

Calling when you have 10 minutes before your next session or while you are eating your lunch. This is not enough time to call insurance for them to transfer you to another dedicated group that handles the patient's insurance. We call insurance so you don't have to.

OUR PROVIDERS USE EHR SYSTEMS OR FILE CABINETS

We work with providers with varying technical skills.  Some are still not using technology and still keep patient files in a file cabinet.  Then, others use EHR software.  As a small company we can adjust to meet your needs.
